Abstract
Learning a language is as crucially dependent on factors within learners as it is upon those without. People do not learn a language which is not available to them either in visual, auditory or some other forms. What do learners learn, how they learn, whatthe role of social factors in their learning is and what is the role of individual factors in the learning; all these are very interesting questions in the field of second language acquisition. Language learning or acquisition both are synonymous words inrecent years. But second language acquisition is a different process from the first language learning, because human beings are genetically prepared for having the full fledged idea of their first language which is innate by nature, but un-consciously second language is acquired by them depending upon their various socio-cultural learning situations mediated by media, which is taking place through dialogue, with classroom discourse, reflecting the history, cultural values and social practices of children’s schools and communities.

Abstract
Discipline is the deliberate, or lack of, action to regulate behaviour. It is the practice of frank and strict adherence to legislation and guidelines, and cultural standards and values; the ability to control oneself or other people, even in challenging circumstances. Discipline means teaching acceptable behaviours and unlearning maladaptive behaviours with support, guidance and direction in managing behaviour. It is about setting limits, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and mutual expectations and creating a predictable, orderly and stable life.In line with the famous quote,“choices have consequences”, not observing or practicing discipline should result in some form of corrective measures. Situations abound where, unfortunately, such a ‘correction’ results from a serious trigger with devastating consequences. Lack of individual discipline, including observing simple instructions like washing hands thoroughly with soap, keeping a one-to-two-meter social distance, and going into self-quarantine for 14 days, is exacerbating the exponential spread of the pandemic.

Abstract
Globally, non-governmental and governmental organizations are intricately linked through diverse communication technologies, presenting a significant challenge with the escalating threats of cyber-attacks and the imperative need for information security. In today’s interconnected world, a majority of social, cultural, economic, commercial, and governmental activities unfold in cyberspace on an international scale, intensifying the complexity of safeguarding data from cyber threats. These threats, driven by financial, political, or military motives, necessitate diverse solutions to thwart potential cyber-attacks. Researchers across the globe have proposed a plethora of methods to counteract the rising tide of cyber threats. This study aims to scrutinize the challenges inherent in the methods proposed within the realm of cyber security. Furthermore, it conducts an assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, and challenges associated with these methodologies. Special emphasis is placed on dissecting new descendant attacks, providing an in-depth understanding of the evolving threat landscapes. Additionally, the study sheds light on emerging trends and recent developments in cyber security, fostering awareness among cyber security researchers and offering valuable guidance for future research and development endeavours.

Abstract
Farmers’ suicide in India due to their pathetic conditions is a reality. In our country we need transformation induced by public policy, investments and technological change on the farmers’ access to resources and income aswell as the well-being of the farm households at the end of five decades of planned economic development. Shockingly, the net income is negative in AP, Haryana, Rajasthan and TamilNadu, i.e., the annual expenditure on cultivation is higher than the annualincome from cultivation. It is clear from the states that the farmers are in severe distress and the income that they get from all sources is not even enough to meet the consumption expenditure of the households. This study analyses the socio-political problems in India with special reference to farmers’ suicide.
