Abstract
Background: it is indicated that Biological Therapies has great effect in dealing with Psoriasis. Differences in response rates of biologics for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis have been reported in many published articles.
Objective: this paper aims to declare the effectiveness of biological therapies for psoriasis. Methods: using the search engine PubMed to prepare comprehensive literature about the specified topic.
Main results: it is indicated that psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease condition that involves altered expression of a broad spectrum of proinflammatory cytokines which are associated with activation of T cells and proliferation of keratinocytes.
Conclusion: The introduction of targeted biologic therapies has greatly improved the treatment options for psoriasis although the pathogenesis of the autoimmune skin disease has not been fully elucidated. The potential for psoriasis disease is implicit because altered expressions of cutaneous and systemic cytokines are well demonstrated in psoriasis patients.

Abstract
Biodiversity is one of the earth’s greatest treasures. Microorganisms represent a largely untapped source of novel bioactive compounds and metabolic pathways which could be exploited for new biotechnological applications and products. Microbes and their activities may also promote or alleviate climate change apart from its application in pharmacy, agriculture and industrial fields. Microbes can perform numerous functions essential for biosphere like nutrient recycling and environmental detoxification. Exploitation of microbial diversity has an important role in sustainable development worth millions of rupees. Compared to plants and animals, microbes are least explored since they are mostly considered as pathogens and very little is known about their beneficial potentiality. There is a lack of under standing especially in microbial interaction with the environment. Hence, there arises an urgent need to raise the public awareness about its economic value by taking effective measures in exploiting and conserving the microbial diversity. An attempt has been made to discuss about the strategy of microbial screening and its applications along with future innovative practices that has to be undertaken in order to conserve its diversity.

Although widely adopted by multinational corporations, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) adoption of the system isn’t as popular due to complexity of implementing such systems, resources needed to go through the process which SMEs are limited of, and failure factors that can inhibit the successful implementation of ERP. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the push factors and pull factors that either enable or inhibit the successful implementation of ERP in SMEs within Lang Valley. The research will be employing qualitative methods as it intends do have in-depth discussion with a diverse set of experts from different walks of life. The research will also aim to provide the research community and IT industry a better understanding on the factors that contribute to a successful implementation of ERP in SMEs, as well as provide ERP implementer a model that will guide them through real-world ERP implementation project in SMEs.
